Pause and Reflect

been thinking about this word and it's many implications...

reflect;




send something back: to redirect something that strikes a surface, especially light, sound, or heat, usually back toward its point of origin

connects with my word of the year  which I had semi forgotten....

    Hello dear Lucy....Got caught up on your lovely posts! The video of the beach was great. It's probably the only time I'm going to see the beach this summer. Just haven't gotten there.

    I think that's the cutest picture that one has taken of themselves that I've seen. Every time I try to do this, it is a disaster. Reflection is a special word, indeed, and I often try to reflect myself.
